Real Kansas Meats Signs Five-Year Supply Agreement with Rosenblatt Kosher Meats
Real Kansas Meats, LLC (RKM) is proud to announce a new five-year boxed beef supply agreement with A.D. Rosenblatt Kosher Meats, LLC, a Dallas-based, third-generation kosher meat company serving communities nationwide.
Under the agreement, Real Kansas Meats will provide Rosenblatt Kosher Meats with Glatt Kosher certified boxed beef beginning with the anticipated opening of RKM’s state- and federally-inspected processing facility in Fredonia, Kansas in October 2026. The contract represents a major step forward in connecting Kansas-raised cattle with premium national markets.

The agreement calls for Real Kansas Meats to supply approximately four million pounds of Glatt Kosher boxed beef annually, all processed under rabbinical supervision in full compliance with USDA, Kansas Department of Agriculture, and Glatt Kosher standards.
