How We Ship
Every order from Real Kansas Meats is vacuum-sealed, packed frozen with insulated liners and dry ice, and shipped via UPS to arrive at your door in peak condition. We offer two box sizes — a standard box and a large box — each with a flat shipping rate based on your delivery zone.
Monday Shipping Only
All orders ship on Mondays. This keeps your beef moving through the carrier system early in the week and ensures it’s never sitting in a warehouse or on a truck over a weekend. Orders placed after our Monday cutoff will ship the following Monday.
Flat Rate by Zone
Shipping costs are based on your delivery zone and the box size you need — that’s it. Your rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Check the map below to see which zone you’re in.
Two Box Sizes
We keep it simple with two flat-rate options per zone. Flat rates for each zone and box size are displayed at checkout.
Standard Box — Ideal for individual cuts and smaller orders.
Large Box — Built for stocking up or larger mixed orders.
What to Expect When Your Order Arrives
We ship exclusively with dry ice to guarantee your beef is frozen when you receive it. Transfer it to your freezer right away, or refrigerate any cuts you plan to use within the next few days. Properly stored, frozen beef will keep for up to 12 months.

Pickup Option – Fredonia, KS Only
For our local customers, we do offer pickup at our Fredonia, KS location with a flat $25 handling fee. Orders will be available for pickup every Friday.
