How We Ship
Every order is vacuum-sealed, packed frozen with insulated liners and dry ice, and shipped via FedEx so it arrives cold and ready for your freezer.
Monday Shipping Only
All orders ship on Mondays. This keeps your beef moving through the carrier system early in the week and ensures it’s never sitting in a warehouse or on a truck over a weekend. Orders placed after our Monday cutoff will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Minimums & Maximums
Shipped orders must weigh at least 12 lbs and no more than 80 lbs (4 boxes). Your cart shows your order’s weight and lets you know if you’re under the minimum or over the maximum. Local pickup has no minimum. For orders over 80 lbs, choose local pickup if you’re nearby, or contact us and we’ll help you plan your order.
Flat Rate by Zone
Every order ships in our standard box, which holds up to 20 lbs. Shipping is a flat rate per box, based on your delivery zone. Orders over 20 lbs ship in additional boxes, and each box adds its own shipping fee.
Your cart tracks your box as you shop, so you can see how much room you have left before another box is added. Your exact rate is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Find your zone on the map below.
Free Shipping on Orders $200+
Orders of $200 or more ship free, no matter how many boxes your order needs. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. The 12 lb minimum still applies to free shipping orders.
Local Pickup
Customers within 50 miles of Fredonia, KS can choose local pickup at checkout. There is no minimum for pickup orders. Pickup is available on Fridays for a $5 handling fee. Whole and half beef are available for local pickup only.
When Your Order Arrives
Your beef will arrive frozen or cold to the touch. Move it to your freezer right away, or refrigerate any cuts you plan to use in the next few days. Properly stored, frozen beef keeps for up to 12 months.
